Tags and labels: requested, approved and printed.
Raise a tagging request, have it approved, generate tag codes from your own format and print the labels.
- Approval inbox
- Configurable tag format
- Code 128 and QR
- PDF and ZPL output
A controlled route from request to printed label.
Tagging requests
Request tags by work order, by item code or for a replacement, for up to 2,000 units at a time.
Approval
Approvers work from an inbox and approve or reject each request. History is kept.
Tag formats
Build the tag code from up to seven parts, using item-code fields or fixed text, plus a running counter.
Label design
Set the label size in millimetres and choose a Code 128 barcode or a QR code.
Print output
Produce labels as PDF, or as ZPL for label printers.
Connected
Requests look up assets, item codes, work orders and delivery notes, and update the fixed asset register.
Four steps, each one recorded.
Requested
A tagging request is raised.
Approved
An approver accepts or rejects it.
Generated
Tag codes are created from the format.
Printed
Labels are produced for the field.
One tag format, applied everywhere.
Because codes are generated from a configured format, tags stay consistent across sites and teams.
- Tag configurations managed centrally
- Print configurations per label type
- Request and approval history
- Linked to the asset inventory
